Live Oak man charged with exposing himself in public

LIVE OAK — The Live Oak Police Department charged Allen Monroe Horne with disorderly intoxication and indecent exposure in public Saturday.
According to a report, Horne pulled his pants and underwear down in front of the victim at the Sunshine Inn.

The suspect left the scene on his bicycle. Police later made contact with Horne and ordered him to stop his bicycle, the report states.
The arresting officer could smell alcohol emitting from the suspect, who also had trouble speaking and forming complete sentences, according to the report. His eyes were glassy and he had trouble keeping his balance and falling off his bike.
Horne was then taken to Suwannee County Jail without further incident.
