Memorial sing

The Annual Memorial Sing will be held at the Moultrie Church of God of Prophecy, 1718 West Blvd., Moultrie. This is an annual sing held in memory of all those who attended the Moultrie church. The sing will be on Saturday, Aug. 19, at 6 p.m. Singers for the event will be Murray & Kathy Reeves, Mark & Scarlett Cartwright and Chosen Generation. Plate sale

Union Missionary Baptist Church, 103 Second St. N.W., will hold a plate sale 12:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday in the fellowship hall. Plates are $8, dine-in or take-out, and include a choice of fried chicken, baked chicken or pork chop and a choice of three sides (dressing with gravy, green beans, candied yams, seasoned rice or okra with tomatoes) as well as bread, dessert and drink.

Prayer Summit 2017
