• Jennifer Nicole Bullard, 34, 1017-B 10th St. N.E., was charged Monday with two counts burglary and criminal trespass.

• Markis Jamaal Jones, 25, 213 Gardenia Drive, was charged Monday with simple battery.

• Hozell Terry Jr., 5426 Ton Road, Pavo,, was charged Monday with driving while license withdrawn, tail lights required and open container in vehicle.

• Marion Chadwick Wells, 42, 2122 R.L. Sears Road, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, bail jumping and parole violation.

• Joshua Ryan Martin, 23, 2403 Thigpen Trail, was charged Saturday with obstruction of an officer, possession of marijuana and giving false information or false name.

• Stephanie Lee Ann Yates, 121 Sam Sells Road, was charged Saturday with obstruction of an officer.

• Kevin Sellars, 40, 3808 Hwy. 33 N., was charged Thursday with burglary, theft by deception and theft by receiving stolen property from out of state.

• Clyde Doyle Hamby, 26, 367 Jasmine Lane, Omega, was charged Monday with driving while license withdrawn.

• Lantavious De-John Haynes, 225 Third St. N.W., was charged with duty to obey police officer and giving false information or false name.

• Allison Renee Arrington, 36, 1205 Sumner Road, was charged Sept. 27 with possession of methamphetamine.

• Salaciel Reyes, 55, 699 Sardis Church Road, was charged Sunday with public indecency and failure to appear.

• Casandra Umelia Byrd, 40, 820 Joe Louis Ave., was charged Sunday canceled registration and suspension of license.

• Rico Demetrial Mosely, 312 Mimosa Drive, Norman Park, was charged Friday with possession of firearms by convicted felon, obstruction of an officer and theft by receiving stolen property.

• Ernest Lee Blackburn III, 42, 1726 Hutchinson Drive, was charged Friday with driving without license, failure to obey traffic control device and probation violation.

• Toni Shawante Tyson, 24, 217 Third St. S.W., was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and simple battery.

• Santos Pedro, 29, 220 Lynn St., was charged Saturday with speeding and driving without license.

• Julius Jamald Loud, 30, 2723 Elton St., Albany, was charged Monday with speeding in highway work zone and nomenclature for controlled substances.

• Travis Walters, 35, 755 Hwy. 270 W., Doerun, was charged Saturday with driving with suspended or revoked license.

• Arthur William Calhoun, 39, 2317 S. Patterson St., Valdosta, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

• Tom Brown, 4100 block Highway 37 East, reported Monday the theft of an arrow head plaque valued at $15.

• Wallace Patillo, Moultrie, reported Friday the theft of electronics valued at $1 in the 600 block of First Avenue Northwest.

• Susan Kirkland, 700 block First Street Southeast, reported Friday the theft of jewelry valued at $11,308.

Thefts

Moultrie Police

• Dollar General, 2411 S. Main St., reported Friday that a shoplifter pushed a shopping cart full of merchandise out without paying for it after an employee told him to stop.

The employee did not know the value of the stolen merchandise.

 • Sandra Jean Almond, 43, Moultrie, reported Friday the theft of $20 and other property valued at $16 in the 1200 block of First Avenue Southeast.

Sheriff’s Office

• Gilbert Webb, 1500 block Dorough Avenue, Albany, reported Monday that tenants who moved out of a residence in the 500 block of Lane Road stole a window air conditioner valued at $200, tools and curtains.

Webb told police that two tractor batteries also had been taken.

• Sanders Well Drilling, 1610 Old Camilla Road, reported Monday the theft of property valued at $1,000 in the 100 block of Circle Road.

Entering auto

Moultrie Police

• Jonathan Dunn, 31, Moultrie, reported Sunday the theft of property valued at $1,201 from a 2005 Dodge Dakota.

Sheriff’s Office

• Taylor Sellers, 500 block Cook Road, reported Monday that a chain saw valued at $500 was stolen from a 1999 Dodge Durango.

Fraud

Sheriff’s Office

• Janice Batts, 100 block Inner Circle Road, reported Monday that her bank debit card has been used to make purchases at a Shell station in Waycross and also used to pay an online court cost.

An officer advised Batts to contact the Ware County Sheriff’s Office.

• Troy Crider, 500 block Circle Road, reported Saturday that someone has used his banking account card.

Other investigations

Sheriff’s Office

• A deputy dispatched Sunday to the Funston Community Center to investigate a gun found on a basketball court recovered a BB gun.

A witness told police that he saw two males and a female on the court and that one of the males pointed the gun at him before dropping it.

• Molly Ann Kennedy, 500 block Eighth Street Southwest, reported Sunday shots fired and damage to a 2001 Cadillac.

• Officers dispatched at 2:51 a.m. Friday to a suspicious person at Oxley’s, 501 Veterans Parkway S., found a man who said he was looking for loose change in the parking lot.

The man left when officers asked him to do so.
