BAINBRIDGE – Foul shots weren’t falling in the first half, but Za’Nautica Downs was on target when it mattered for Colquitt County High’s girls to top Bainbridge High 37-36 in basketball play Tuesday.
Coach Rondesha Williams said the Lady Packers were down 10 with two minutes left. But after fighting back, making the free throws and getting Diamond Hall’s clutch rebound at the end, it was a victory Williams said she would certainly take.
