Brad and Tina Hart of Moultrie, are proud to announce the arrival of their daughter, Shelby Marie Hart, born on Jan. 18, 2016, weighing 5 lbs. 2 oz.

Her brother is Les Ponder, 16, of Moultrie.  

Her grandparents are Buddy and Gladys Hart of Moultrie, and Tommie and Karen Allegood of Moultrie. Her great-grandparents are Nellie Mae Hall of Moultrie, Henrietta Blaise of Plattsburgh, N.Y., Louise Craven of Ellenton, and Alden Allegood of Moultrie.
