MOULTRIE, Ga. — A Moultrie teen-ager who requested medical assistance on Wednesday could not — or would not — provide any information about the identity of his assailant or where the attack happened.
Brandon Nowell, 19, who suffered cuts to one hand and complained of a cut to his neck, reported that he was injured when he got into a fight “somewhere on the Northwest side of Moultrie.”
Police were dispatched at about 12:10 p.m. after emergency medical service personnel received a request in the 600 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest for medical assistance for a man who had been in a fight.
Nowell told police that he did not know the male he fought with. He said they were talking “and the conversation turned into a fight.”
During the fight, Nowell reported, the male tried to throw him through a window and at that time he attempted to pick up his adversary and throw him through the window.
Nowell had cuts to the left hand from broken glass, police said, and also reported a cut on his neck.
When police pressed for details, Nowell said he did not know where the incident occurred and that he felt dizzy and “could not think straight,” police said.
