MOULTRIE — Patricia Ann Deaton Gay, 72, of Moultrie, died Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, April 27, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Emerald Hill Cemetery. The Rev. David Oaks will officiate, and pallbearers will be Rusty Griffin, Sean Gallander, James Horne, Chad Pipkin, Mitchell Malone and Richard Goodno.

Mrs. Gay was born July 6, 1942, in Hazard, Ky., to the late Bill Deaton and Ruth June Deaton Sandlin. She was a retired teacher at HeadStart, and she was a Pentecostal.

Survivors include three sons, Thomas Orrick and wife Debbie of Moultrie, Sonny Gay and wife Michele of Moultrie and Tony Gay and wife Tammy of Moultrie; a brother, Tom Sandlin and wife Denise of Virginia; a sister, Sue Clayton and husband Bruce of Danielsville, Ga.; grandchildren, Seth Gay, Ashley Rayne Gay, Tondrea Johnson and husband Chris, Nicole Orrick Jones and husband Chris Jones, Jordan Nunes, Josh Nunes, Whitney Carl and husband Sean, Brandi Allen and Sean Gallander; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, James Boyd Sandlin.

Visitation will be 2-3 p.m. Monday, April 27, at the funeral home chapel.
