Lakeside Assembly of God joins forces with women from all over the community and beyond to host the “Spirit Anew Conference 2014,” Friday, July 18 through Saturday, July 19.

The registration cost will be $30 for Friday, with the session starting at 7 p.m., and for two sessions on Saturday, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

For a group of ten ladies registering at the same time, one registration is free. Also, if an individual is only attending one of the days, the cost is $15.

Registration can be done at the door.

 There will be door prizes, special music, praise and worship, dance, dramas and the “Anointed Word” spoken during this women’s conference.

There will also be some t-shirts available for purchase at $10 each for sizes small through X-large and $12 each for 2XL and larger.

The speaker for the event will be Rhonda Holland, who is a Women’s Ministries Conference & Retreat speaker, author, minister and teacher.

She and her husband, Kenneth, have been married for 32 years and reside in Aiken, S.C. They have two sons, Joel and wife Lindsay, and Jonathan and wife Emily.

For 19 years, Holland has worked full-time on staff at the South Aiken Church of God, where she and her family attend and are involved in various areas of ministry.

She is the author of Bible studies including, “Giants, Grapes & Grasshoppers,” “Coins, Covenant & Character,” and “Pots, Pans & Prophecies.”
