Arrests
• Waylon Joe Selph, 34, 235 Kendalwood Drive, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence, reckless driving, open container in vehicle, driving without a license, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to drive within a single lane, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and obstruction of an officer.
• Zachary Scot-Lashon Coleman, 21, 3777 Ellenton-Omega Road, Omega, was charged Sunday with battery.
Moultrie Police
• Willie Carr, 26, 2121 E. Central Ave., was charged Thursday with driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana, headlight requirement violation, probation violation and possession of methamphetamine.
• Norris Lavelle McClendon, 43, 1515 Fourth Ave. N.E. Apt. D-1, was charged July 15 with criminal trespass.
• Dalmonica Shakeyvia Davis, 17, 117 Clan St., was charged Friday with no driver’s license and failure to stop at stop sign.
• Rose Mary Allen, 52, 1342 Sumner Circle, was charged Saturday with unlawful conduct during 911 call.
• Deandrolo C. Rolle, 24, 301 Sylvester Road, was charged Saturday with stalking.
• Malcolm Dean Brown, 23, 88 Briar Cliff Circle, Sparks, was charged Saturday with no insurance, suspended tag and too fast for conditions.
• Ariel Lopez-Valquez, 20, 152 Hires Ave., was charged Sunday with no license and speeding.
• Antonio Emmanuel Lopez, 27, 1151 Circle Road, was charged Sunday with no license, no insurance, suspended registration and giving false information to a police officer.
• Lee Otis Wilson, 42, 616 Seventh St. S.W., was charged Sunday with duty to obey, resisting arrest, battery and probation violation.

• Sharon Denise Spradley, 42, 801 Woodlawn Drive, Valdosta, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct.

• Lauro Rajos Martinez, 52, 337 Kendalwood Drive, was charged Saturday with driving without license.
• Vera Jean Williams, 53, 549 Liberia St., Pelham, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, driving without license, expired tag or decal and open container in vehicle.

Thefts
Moultrie Police
• Chivon Stokes, 800 block Third Avenue Southeast, reported Thursday that a 2001 Chevrolet C15 valued at $5,000 was stolen while parked in front of her residence.
• Fredrick Kissel, first block Pine Valley Circle, reported Wednesday that a revolver pistol was stolen out of a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
• Jose Vasquez, 34, Moultrie, reported that tenants at a rental residence in the 1000 block of 10th Street Southeast moved out without giving notice and that three window air conditioners are missing.
The value of the property was not available.
• William Pierce, 1000 block Fourth Street Southeast, reported Wednesday the theft of property valued at $3.
• Murphy Express, 505 Veterans Parkway S., reported Friday that a man shoplifted a case of Bud Light beer valued at $20.
• Mission Thrift Store, 614 First Ave. S.E., reported Friday that a tag was stolen off of a 1994 Dodge Ram van.
• Kevin Brown, Moultrie, reported Friday the theft of a refrigerator valued at $150 from the 700 block of Third Avenue Southwest.
• Eli Kirkland, 24, Moultrie, reported Saturday the theft of several fishing rods and reels and a tool bag from the back of a truck parked in the 100 block of South Main Street. The property was valued at more than $500.
• Annie Ruth Harris, 700 block West Central Avenue, reported Saturday the theft of a compact disc player out of a 1994 Chevrolet GMT-400 C1500 truck.
• Brandon Del Angel, 800 block East Central Avenue, reported Saturday the theft of an HP Slat 7 Plus tablet computer valued at $435.
• Save-A-Lot, 205 Sixth Street Southeast, reported Saturday that a man and a woman ran out of the store with a package of meat after concealing it in the woman’s purse.
• Shell, 1607 Camilla Hwy., reported Saturday that the driver of a Honda Accord pumped $50 worth of gas and drove away without paying.
• Aaron Morales, 18, Moultrie, reported Saturday that a woman to whom he lent his cell phone did not return it.
The phone was valued at $650.
Sheriff’s Office
• Christina Forehand, 100 block Chippewa Lane, reported Friday the theft of a purse and contents and emergency car kit with a total value of $201 out of a 2007 GMC Yukon.
• West Real Estate Associates, Thomasville, reported the theft of a central air unit, light fixtures and ceiling fans with a total value of $5,502 from a residence in the 100 block of Vinson Street.
• Mary Young, 100 block 28th Avenue Northwest, reported Thursday the theft of a Magnavox flat screen television.
Stephanie McMurphy, of the same address, told police that a friend returned her cell telephone.
McMurphy told police that the friend, who purchased the phone for $30, brought it to her when he realized it was hers.
The value of the television and phone were not available.
• Lakesha Williams, 2300 block Sylvester Drive, reported Saturday the theft of a Moto X touch-screen telephone.
Williams told police that while she was driving in the 1200 block of Old Berlin Road a female acquaintance flagged her down and took the phone when she stopped.
• Tommy Tucker, 800 block Doc Darbyshire Road, Norman Park, reported Friday the theft of a silver mountain bike and purple ladies bicycle with a total value of $100.
Burglary
Moultrie Police
• Stanton Knight, 1500 block Fourth Avenue Northeast, reported Friday the theft of a Samsung 65-inch flat screen television, 10 pairs of Jordan shoes and other clothing with a total value of $2,880.
• Ricky Forest, 1300 block 13th Avenue Southwest, reported Sunday the theft of jewelry value at $1,100, electronics valued at $1,549 and $100 worth of clothing.
Sheriff’s Office
• Patsy Hembree, 400 block Sharon Church Road, reported Sunday the theft of $40 in change.
A window was broken at the residence to gain entry.
• Rhondy Black, 100 block Robin Lane, reported Saturday the theft of a Sony 55-inch and Mitsubishi 73-inch televisions with a total value of $100.
• Joe Kearce, 700 block Crosland-Lenox Road, Omega, reported Sunday the theft of a bag of loose change, a spare key to a Toyota pickup truck and a revolver pistol.
He also reported that a window was damaged.
Property damage
Moultrie Police
• Gaila Pierce, 2400 block Antigua Place, reported Thursday that when she returned home fluid was leaking from underneath a 1986 Buick Electra and the hood of the car could not be opened.
• Pete Carroll, Hartsfield, reported that a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup truck was hit by another vehicle.
• Shannon Wildes, 36, St. Simons, Ga., reported Thursday that someone scratched the driver’s door of a 2009 BMW 128I that was parked in the 400 block of Hampton Way.
• Wendy Barber, 37, Omega, reported Thursday that a 2003 Buick Lesabre Limited was struck by another vehicle while parked in the first block of Veterans Parkway North.
• Kenneth Wallace, 500 block Seventh Avenue Northwest, reported Thursday that a 2006 Chevrolet HHR was damaged.
The damage was estimated at $1,200.
• Charlene Edwards, 1500 block Fourth Avenue Northeast, reported Saturday that her 2000 Chevrolet Impala was struck by another car overnight.
Battery
Moultrie Police
• Latoya McKinney, 400 block Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, reported Thursday that a male acquaintance hit her in the left side of her head.
McKinney told police that after she went outside to call for assistance she found that the man was gone and so were her iPhone 4 and Toshiba laptop computer.
The area around McKinney’s left ear was red, police reports said.
• Christina Bostian, 400 block Eighth Street Northwest, reported Thursday that a female acquaintance grabbed her by the hair from behind and slammed her head into the back of a chair.
Bostian told police that the woman also threw a BB gun at her before another woman pulled her assailant away and they left.
Sheriff’s Office
• Brittney Phillips, Moultrie, reported that a male acquaintance pulled her to the ground and hit her with his fist during an incident on Sylvester Drive.
Phillips had swelling to her lip, sheriff’s reports said.
• Hannah Kirk, 100 lock East Gate Drive, Norman Park, reported Sunday that a male acquaintance grabbed her underneath her left arm, causing a bruise.
The man was gone when police arrived.
• Gloria Almaras, 800 block Circle Road, reported Saturday that a male relative hit her in the back of the neck with a belt.
Almaras told police that she was walking outside to call law enforcement when the man hit her. He was not there when police arrived.
• Daisy Hernandez, 600 block Sardis Church Road, reported Saturday that a male companion hit her in the face with his open hands because he wanted her to leave their residence.
Hernandez had no visible injuries, reports said.
Other investigations
Moultrie Police
• Robert Dinkins, 400 block East Central Avenue, reported Saturday that a man entered his residence and walked inside the bedroom.
Dinkins told police that when he confronted the man he ran away. Officers searched the area for the man but did not find him.
Sheriff’s Office
• Jackie Flowers, 500 block Bear Creek Road, reported Friday that her Labrador retriever dog was poisoned.
