The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:
Janet Kay Vinson, 51, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.
Lee Roy Waters, 22, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and running red light. Waters was fined $1,405 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Orrando West, 43, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and safety belts violation (adults) and was fined $765 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Elie Williams, 56, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and two counts safety belts violation (children). Williams was fined $852 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Michael Shane Zimmerman, 47, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325.
Stacey Renee Bass, 35, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45) and contempt. Bond was forfeited.
Rickey Demetrius Bonner, 47, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and contempt. Bond was forfeited.
Ian Mathew Carey, 36, was charged with trespassing and contempt. Bond was forfeited.
Stephanie M. Crawford, 24, was charged with speeding, safety belts violation (adults) and two counts of safety belts violation (children), as well as contempt of court. Bond was forfeited.
Teri Ann Hardy, 30, pleaded guilty to speeding (60 in a 45), driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and no proof of insurance, as well as contempt of court. Hardy was fined a total of $1,182 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Phillip Michael Holloway, 33, was charged with expired driver’s license and contempt. Bond was forfeited.
Jorge Malagon, 29, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
Rakeem Keymon McCloud, 19, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
Walter Glenn Murphy Jr., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $130.
Melissa Anne Ricks, 31, pleaded guilty to expired license and was fined $168, including a contempt citation.
Andrew Kent Shealy, 55, was charged with running a red light and contempt. Bond was forfeited.
Nannette E. Wilson, 47, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
Anthony Charles Welch, 33, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.
James Darrell Brackin, 55, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and was ordered to pay $2,075 or serve 69 days jail.
A charge of driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag was dismissed against Allen Scott Brooks, 27.
Malcolm Dean Brown, 23, pleaded guilty to too fast for conditions, driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and no proof of insurance. Brown was fined $861 and sentenced to 6 months probation.
Eudora J. Edwards, 26, pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance and was fined $441, sentenced to 16 days in the work program, and sentenced to 10 months probation.
Christopher Seth Grubius, 40, pleaded guilty to expired tag and safety belts violation (adults). Grubius was fined $150 and sentenced to 4 months probation.
Sedrick Hill Jr. was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and driving while license suspended/revoked, but he pleaded no contest to failure to stop at stop sign and no license on person. He was fined $2,184 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Jenea Okoro Jefferson, 30, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag but pleaded guilty to expired tag instead. Jefferson was fined $311 and sentenced to 6 months probation.
Charlie Frank Key Jr., 36, pleaded guilty to safety belts violation (adults), no proof of insurance and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Key was fined $867, including one contempt fee, and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Eric Jermain Williams, 35, was found not guilty of driving while license suspended/revoked. Williams was also charged with expired tag; bond was forfeited.
Jennifer C. Yarbrough, 39, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and no contest to no proof of insurance. Yarbrough was fined $752.
Ivan Castillo, 24, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $2,188 or serve 71 days jail.
Regina Anne Dallas, 21, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $476 or serve 17 days jail.
Troy Alex Davidson, 30, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $982 or serve 28 days jail.
Damonica Davis, 17, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 days jail.
Ga’Miveya Dozier, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 17 days jail.
Luther James Edwards, 54, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to 100 days jail.
Priscilla Esquivel, 23, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to 13 days jail. Esquivel was also charged with violation of probation and was ordered to pay $696 or serve 21 days jail.
Richard Alan Green, 35, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $1,520 or serve 51 days jail.
Rashard Lavonte Haynes, 19, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $556 or serve 15 days jail.
Tevin Hightower, 20, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to 21 days jail.
Sedrick Hill, 27, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $1,116 or serve 36 days jail.
Cameron Kastelic, 21, pleaded guilty to giving false name, address and date of birth to officer. Kastelic was sentenced to 12 days jail.
Phillip Bryan Potter, 52, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $942 or serve 27 days jail.
Clyde Walker Jr., 46, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to 24 days jail.
Dechane Lavonta Williams, 24, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and failure to stop at stop sign. Williams was sentenced to 30 days jail.
