The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Luis Corona Alberto, 25, pleaded guilty to DUI (endangerment of a child under age 14) and no driver’s license. He was fined $2,030; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Richard D. Alford, 41, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and was fined $1,296 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Rosemary Allen, 52, was charged with disorderly conduct. Surety bond was forfeited.

Francisco Munoz Carrichi, 22, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Demarcus R. Crawford, 21, was charged with speeding 77 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Miguel Osvaldo Gonzalez, 17, pleaded no contest to sale/furnishing/possession of alcohol by a minor and open container. Gonzalez was fined $1,311 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Melissa Kaye Harrell, 33, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Gregory Allan Harris, 44, was charged with speeding (52 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Audriana Hawkins, 22, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Ariel Herring, 25, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was fined $650; was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation; and was banned from Wal-Mart.

Melita Lee Hietala, 37, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Quameisa Shatoni Jenkins, 19, pleaded guilty to following too closely and was fined $109 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Gala Ranae Kick, 42, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Thomas King, 31, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed against James Lamar Jr., 28.

Talashia Shantae’ Lamons, 27, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

A charge of following too closely was dismissed against Loryn Brinson Lewis, 26.

George Odilon Malagon, 21, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Shonda Rolanda Maxwell, 33, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay $800 or serve 29 days jail. In addition, Maxwell was sentenced to 12 months probation and banned from Wal-Mart.

Moises Mandujano Moreno, 28, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Thomas Mark Myers, 55, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $650, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and was banned from Wal-Mart.

Catlin Antwan Nixon, 28, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Patrick Jerome Pridgen Jr., 24, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was fined $650, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and was banned from Wal-Mart.

Alicia B. Scott, 41, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Bruce Allen Sjogren, 61, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Jeffrey Dean Smithwick, 22, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Mary Jane Smithwick, 42, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

David Spence, 49, was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

A charge of improper passing of emergency or towing vehicle was dismissed against Debra W. Spence, 59.

Sonja Tatum, 26, was charged with speeding (48 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Aktavious Naryan Whitaker, 23, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

A charge of nuisance abatement (junk car) was dismissed against Victor Dewayne Brown, 52.

Fredrick Lamar Carter, 50, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

Felisa Renea James, 42, was charged with speeding (48 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Lisa Guinn Lynch, 40, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Ulysses McBurrows, 67, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Terry Lynn Roberts, 57, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Joseph Andrew Sloan, 24, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Cynthia P. Watson, 49, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Ying Kai Zheng, 32, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Erin Holly McQueen, 32, was charged with speeding (56 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Virgie Arnold Jr., 53, pleaded no contest to failure to stop at stop sign and was ordered to pay $109 or serve 3 days jail. Arnold also pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended/revoked and was ordered to pay $1296 or serve 40 days jail.

Christopher Yon Brannon, 37, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $325 or serve 29 days jail. A contempt of court citation was added for an additional $100 and 3 days jail.

Wytarium Shakeria Brown, 29, was found guilty of shoplifting and was fined $650, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and was banned from Wal-Mart.

Miguel Carranza, 18, pleaded guilty to failure to yield after stop/stop sign and was found guilty of disorderly conduct. He was fined a total of $434.

Alicia L. Cox, 25, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended/revoked and was ordered to pay $777 or serve 25 days jail. Cox also pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance and was ordered to pay $441 or serve 15 days. And she pleaded no contest to tag light required and was ordered to pay $40 or serve 1 day.

Midrenna Lim’shea Edwards, 23, pleaded no contest to ounce or less of marijuana and was fined $600 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

A charge of shoplifting was dismissed against Robert James Edwards,   63.

Luther Engram, 35, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $325, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation; and was ordered to undergo drug testing.

Charges of failure to maintain lane and driving while license suspended/revoked were dismissed against Michael David Glasgow, 40.

Charges of driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and no proof of insurance were dismissed against Shaun Patrick Harris, 36. Harris pleaded no contest to expired driver’s license and failure to yield when entering/crossing a roadway; he was fined $172 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Tanika Hightower, 31, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 8 months probation.

Carl Leon Huntley, 37, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was fined $650, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and was banned from Wal-Mart.

Quameisa Shatoni Jenkins, 19, pleaded no contest to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana and giving false name/address/date of birth to officer. Jenkins was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Tiffany Marie Knight, 28, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended/revoked and guilty to no license on person and taillights/lenses required. Knight was fined $866 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Margot M. McMillan, 59, pleaded guilty to improper passing of emergency/towing vehicle and was fined $387.

Brenda N. Trimble, 28, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and was ordered to pay $500 or serve 12 days jail. Trimble also pleaded guilty to light-reducing material affixed to windows and was ordered to pay $104 or serve 3 days jail.

In a separate case, Trimble pleaded no contest to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana and was ordered to pay $600 or serve 30 days jail. She also pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and was ordered to pay $400 or serve 12 days jail. And she pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and was ordered to pay $1,296 or serve 40 days jail. And she pleaded guilty to headlight requirements and was ordered to pay $78 or serve 1 day jail.

A charge of driving while license suspended/revoked was dismissed against Zester Williams, 52.
