MOULTRIE – The Colquitt County Retired Educators met, recently, at the Arts Center of Moultrie for its April meeting.

President Julia Dorminey presided over the meeting. Zilphia Dorsett, minister from Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, gave the devotion.

Joy Yost, director of the Arts Center of Moultrie, presented the program. She told the members about the improvements that have been made over the past year at the center. Then, she explained all the programs that are now being offered there. She also explained the programs and classes that will be offered this summer for children and adults.

A donation was made to the arts center from the Retired Educators Association. The next  CCREA meeting will be held May 12, at 10:30 a.m., at the Moultrie-Colquitt County Library.
