MOULTRIE – The Rev. Hugh B. Ward, former pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Moultrie, was the Chaplain of the Day in the Georgia House of Representatives Thursday morning.

House Representative Chas Cannon introduced Ward and he gave the morning devotion for the House’s floor session.
