Local students named to Kennesaw State’s Fall 2024 president’s list

KENNESAW— Kennesaw State University has named more than 6,400 students to the president’s list in recognition of their academic excellence for the Fall 2024 semester. To achieve this honor, each undergraduate student must have completed at least nine credit hours with a term grade point average of 4.0.

Area students include:

Hartsfield: Summer Allbrooks, Maci DeMott, Aubrey McDaniel.

Moultrie: Cais Cook, Caitlyn David, David Dos Santos, Latorsha Hardy.

Local students named to Kennesaw State’s Fall 2024 dean’s list

KENNESAW— Kennesaw State University congratulates the more than 9,000 students named to the dean’s list in recognition of their academic achievement during the Fall 2024 semester. Undergraduate students enrolled in at least nine credit hours and with a term grade point average of at least 3.5 were named to the list.

Area students include:

Moultrie: Lenore Fountain, James Kirbo, Cam Cook, India Earl.

Norman Park: Kaylee Hall.

Chen named to the Fall 2024 dean’s list at Georgia State University

ATLANTA — Wenkang Chen of Moultrie was named to the fall 2024 dean’s list at Georgia State University.

Hamilton earns Faculty Honors at Georgia Tech

ATLANTA—  Edward Hamilton of Norman Park earned the distinction of Faculty Honors for Fall 2024 at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have earned a 4.0 academic average for the semester.

Hamilton has also earned a bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Highest Honors from Georgia Tech. He was among about 6,400 undergraduate and graduate students to be presented degrees during the institute’s 267th commencement exercises Dec. 12-14.

Students make Dean’s List at Georgia Tech

ATLANTA — The following Moultrie-area students have earned the distinction of Dean’s List at the Georgia Institute of Technology for Fall 2024. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have earned a 3.0 or higher academic average for the semester.

McCray named to Dean’s Honor Roll

Alexandra V. McCray of Moultrie is among 3,865 students who were recently named to the Wichita State University Dean’s Honor Roll for Fall 2024.

To be included on the dean’s honor roll, a student must be enrolled full time (at least 12 credit hours) and earn at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
