HandyTrac Systems promotes Moultrie native to chief financial officer

ALPHARETTA — HandyTrac Systems, a leading provider of key control solutions, recently announced the promotion of Moultrie native Daniel Phillips to chief financial officer (CFO), effective Feb. 1.

Since joining HandyTrac, Phillips has been a driving force implementing NetSuite and AI-powered Cash Application systems, the company said in a press releaser. 

“Daniel has done yeoman’s work since he started with us,” said John Lie-Nielsen, chief executive officer of HandyTrac Systems. “His expertise and dedication are notable, and I am confident that in his new role as chief financial officer, he will oversee the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and planning, ensuring the continued growth and stability of HandyTrac Systems.

Originally from Moultrie, Phillips accumulated eight years in the banking sector with WB&T Bankshares (Valdosta) and State Street Bank (Boston, Massachusetts). Most recently, Phillips spent a year in the construction industry with Brock Built Homes in Atlanta.
