WATCH today’s groundbreaking ceremony that was held for Moultrie Exchange, the new commercial development project that is being built north of Lowe’s Home Improvement Store and east of Harbor Freight. This is a commercial project that the Colquitt County Commission, the Moultrie-Colquitt County Development Authority and the City of Moultrie agreed to assist in funding.
