MOULTRIE — Moultrie and Colquitt County celebrated the start of the holiday season with the annual “Lights! Lights! on Thanksgiving Night” Thursday evening.
The event featured street performers, food vendors and live music before Santa Claus arrived to turn on the Canopy of Lights.
City officials predicted 25,000 people would attend, and the crowd on Thursday evening did not disappoint.
