Called meeting

The Colquitt County Board of Commissioners will hold a called meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, in room 261-C of the Courthouse Annex to consider approval of a bond financing resolution.

Blood drive

The American Red Cross will hold the Colquitt County Community Blood Drive 2-6 p.m. Sept. 19 at the fellowship hall of Moultrie’s First Methodist Church, 409 First St. S.E.

Rec Authority

The Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Authority will hold its regular meeting at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Ryce Community Center, 305 Seventh St. N.W.

Georgia Pines

The Georgia Pines Community Service Board for area mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases services will meet 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Georgia Pines Administrative Offices Conference Room, 252 Woodlands Blvd. (formerly 400 S. Pinetree Blvd., Building 100), in Thomasville. This meeting is open to the public. Masks are optional in all Georgia Pines CSB facilities.
