LETTER TO THE EDITOR: A law against warring nations

In the news: To deny weapons to Ukraine to attack its enemy Russia, would begin a dread act of incrementalism of war. To begin an act of war shall be declared illegal by any person or nation is doable. Such person or nation to be judged by the world court, established in 1945 by the UN at the Peace Palace in the Hague, Netherlands. Its statute approved by the UN is the only court that adjudicates disputes between nations.

This fifteen-judge courts statute could easily be expanded to serve a mandated law against warring actions.

Opinions vary greatly on the establishment of a world court. Obviously such court may prove effective against warring people and nations.
