MOULTRIE — A hea d on collision Saturday morning resulted in a hospital stay for one of the drivers.

Heading north on GA 133, a Chevrolet Tahoe crossed the centerline into oncoming traffic. At this time Georgia State Patrol is still working to determine the reason for this.

Traveling South on GA 133 was a tanker truck, and the Tahoe struck the truck in the front left corner.

Both vehicles came to an uncontrolled stop, and the driver of the Tahoe had serious injuries and was transported to the hospital, the GSP said.

The current status of the driver is unknown.

Charges are pending as this case is still under investigation.
