Colquitt Countians are on the Courthouse Square celebrating Moultrie's first Juneteenth event. An organizing committee plans activities from 10 a.m. through 7 p.m. today to commemorate the ending of slavery in the United States in 1865. MOULTRIE, Ga. — Colquitt Countians are on the Courthouse Square celebrating Moultrie’s first Juneteenth event.
