- MOULTRIE, Ga. — GEAR Ambassadors visited the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce March 7, where chamber President Tommie Beth Willis discussed leadership qualities that community leaders have to be effective. Willis helped the Ambassadors to learn important values to be effective and strong ambassadors for GEAR.
