MOULTRIE, Ga. — At Saturday’s Art Fest, the ladies of the Moultrie Service League, along with Artie the Art Bug, met the children who came out for the event with several art projects. They made bird feeders, shaving cream mosaics, and scratch print art. The Moultrie Service League will also have a booth with art projects for youth and children in Downtown Moultrie this coming Second Saturday, Nov. 13.
