MOULTRIE, Ga. — A small fire occurred Friday in the kitchen of the Krystal restaurant located on Veterans Parkway

According to Capt. Joey Brown of the Moultrie Fire Department, employees were draining oil from a fryer and had “a small fire in the fryer.” 

The MFD was able to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher. 

No injuries were reported.
