On Aug. 28, Darryl Eugene McCoy of Berlin was charged by the Berlin Police Department with failure to appear (on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving while license suspended from an incident that occurred July 7). In a recent edition of The Moultrie Observer, an incorrect charge was listed for this arrest.
