Serenity House hosts vigil for domestic violence victims

- As part of the candlelight vigil, prayer and a moment of silence were held for lives lost, as well as survivors who still hurt from that loss.
MOULTRIE, Ga. — The purpose of Serenity House’s candlelight vigil Thursday evening, Oct. 1, was to honor the 21 lives lost to domestic violence since 1987, but it was to remember too — to remember how strongly their lights still burn in the hearts of their family and friends.
