Iverson and Marjorie Powell, of Doerun, recently celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary. They were married on Aug. 27, 1945. Mr. and Mrs. Powell have four children, eight grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren. They are life long residents of Colquitt County.
