It takes everyone

I agree there are more employees at the hospital than just the nurses and physicians. All employees are affected by this than just the ones on the front line. Most areas are working on limited staff which is tough. Some areas get the option to work from home while others are not given that option. It takes everyone.

What are you lacking?

Rant: “How great are we trying to be when we can’t get our supplies…” What supplies are you lacking? I’ve not had any trouble getting everything I usually get. Sometimes a little resourcefulness goes a long ways. Networking, bartering, trading, etc can provide many benefits. Often we’re forced to make hard decisions, but guess what, that’s life.
