THOMASVILLE — Archbold officials report there have been 138 positive test results for COVID-19 across its system, and 10 deaths from the novel coronavirus.

Through its facilities, Archbold also has had 417 negative test results. There are 28 COVID-19 positive patients in Archbold Memorial Hospital, and 68 are at home. Another 171 patients across Archbold’s facilities are waiting on test results, including five in Archbold Memorial Hospital.

From its Pinetree Boulevard screening site, Archbold has had 39 positive test results and 190 negative test results. There are 125 others waiting on results and they will be notified by their primary care provider.

There are no patients at Brooks County Hospital who have tested positive for the novel coronavirus and no patients there are waiting on test results. There are four patients at Grady General Hospital with positive test results and two patients waiting on results. One patient at Mitchell County Hospital has tested positive and no other patient there is waiting on a test result.

No residents at either Glenn-Mor Nursing Home or at Mitchell County Convalescent has tested positive or is waiting on a test result, according to Archbold officials. There are 27 residents at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home who have tested positive and two who are waiting on results. 

Archbold’s reporting includes its data from its facilities and its labs. Archbold officials stress their system is not the only potential source for testing in the counties Archbold serves.
