Albany pastor to lead Live Oak MBC Men’s Day event

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Live Oak Missionary Baptist Church, 501 Eighth St. N.W., will observer its annual Men’s Day program at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16.

This year’s theme is “Men Empowering Men.”

The speaker will be the Rev. James. C. Blue of Albany, who was born and raised in Ellaville, Ga., where he served at New Testament Baptist Church. In 1988 he became the pastor of New St. Stephens Baptist Church in Albany

He is very active in his community, organizing a jailhouse ministry and a youth-at-risk ministry.

He is married to Mary E. Blue and is the father of two daughters and one son.
