Charges and Arrests
• Stephen Tyler Wood, 17, 2213 Tyson Avenue, Tifton, was charged Feb. 7 with underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
• Jonathan Lloyd Hill, 33, 5921 McLeod Circle, Valdosta, was charged Feb. 7 with possession of meth.
• Melissa Regina Griffin, 44, 3808 Highway 33 N., was charged Feb. 7 with probation violation, two counts of having no insurance, failure to appear, possession of meth, driving without a license and driving while tag was suspended.
• Raiford Scott Lane, 34, 925 John Buck McCoy Road, was charged Feb. 7 with loitering, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
• Kagan Jayce Youmans, 18, 309 Coy Cox Road, Omega, was charged Feb. 7 with disorderly conduct and underage drinking.

Theft
• A man on Elton Clark Road, Omega, reported on Dec. 26 that a DeWalt 20-volt Sawzall, 20-volt rechargeable battery, 20 volt impact wrench, 20 volt oscillating saw, 20 volt drill, 20 volt grinder and 20 volt skill saw equaling a total of $1,767 was stolen from his property.
• A woman on Denham Road, Norman Park, reported on Feb. 8 that three diamond rings, one gold band, one panda ring, three herringbone necklaces, one figaro necklace and $76 in cash were stolen from her vehicle.
• A man on Tim and Sally Lane reported on Feb. 7 that five firearms had been stolen from his home.
• A man on Sylvester Highway reported on Feb. 6 that a black iron syrup kettle and a black iron pot belly stove was stolen from his home.
• A man on Bass Road, Hartsfield, reported on Feb. 8 that a 12-gauge shotgun with a wooden stock and a 32-inch flat screen television had been stolen from his home.

• Angela Dawn Stripling, 48, 2302 Fifth Street S.E., was charged Feb. 10 with probation violation.
• Stephanie Marie Martinez, 28, 2094 Lot 5 R.L. Sears Road, was charged Feb. 8 with theft by taking.
• Anthony Rhodes, 42, was charged Feb. 11 with probation violation, no insurance, tag light required and no driver’s license
• Anthony Lorenzo Giddens, 37, 94 Fourth Avenue N.W. Apt. B, was charged Feb. 9 with theft by shoplifting.
• Josephina Hernandez-Marroguin, 43, 212 Yogi Bear Road, Norman Park, was charged Feb. 9 with driving without a license.
• Kenji Ramon Irvin, 36, 721 Joe Luis Avenue, Feb. 9 with striking an unattended vehicle and driving under the influence (DUI).
• Christian Fabion Martinez, 25, 126 Hill Top Lane, Norman Park, was charged Feb. 8 with driving under the influence (DUI), taillights required and driving without a license.
• Matthew L. Rowland, 23, was charged Feb. 7 with possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug-related object, obstructing or hindering law enforcement, failure to stop at stop sign, adult safety belt violation and no license on purpose.

Information Report
• A Moultrie resident gave an information report on Feb. 7 in reference to a known person trespassing on his grandmother’s property.
• A Moultrie resident gave an information report on Feb. 7 in reference to two known people fighting.
• A Moultrie man gave an information report on Feb. 10 in reference to burglary in progress committed by an unknown person. No tampering and no person were found.
Forgery
• A Plymel’s Foods employee reported first degree forgery on Feb. 7 in reference to a known person bringing in a $200 check to cash addressed to him from a closed account.
• A McDonald’s employee reported first degree forgery in reference to a counterfeit bill on Feb. 8.
Theft
• A Moultrie resident reported the misdemeanor theft of 24 pairs of sunglasses worth $28.45 on by an unknown person on Feb. 8.
Domestic Dispute
• A Moultrie woman reported domestic dispute on Feb. 8 in reference to a known person pushing and pulling her against her will.

• Timothy Joseph Cook, 34, 3007 Staton Drive, Albany, was charged Feb. 10 with probation violation and adult restraint law violation.
• Gilberto Almaras-Garcia, 35, Lot 4 Sylvester Drive, was charged Feb. 9 with driving under the influence (DUI) and having an open container in the vehicle.
• Jasmon Iesha Anderson, 25, 211 Pinebluff Avenue, was charged Feb. 8 with obstruction of an officer, driving under the influence (DUI), open container in the vehicle and giving a false name or false information.
• Maximiliano Hernandez-Gomez, 21, 830 Fourth Street S.E., Cairo, was charged Feb. 8 with driving under the influence (DUI), speeding, open container in the vehicle and driving without a license.
• Sandra Renae Richardson, 47, 208 Lynn Street, was charged Feb. 8 with driving under the influence (DUI).
