Police seek 2 in connection with shooting

MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie Police Department is looking for two men in connection with the shooting Monday on the 400 block of Third Avenue N.W.

Paul Ward Jr. and Ja’Keem Ward, both 18, have outstanding warrants for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. 

Initially, the MPD responded to shots fired about 4 p.m. Monday, which led to the discovery of a 17-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds.

Both suspects are considered armed and dangerous, police said. The MPD is asking for the community’s help in finding them.
