MOULTRIE, Ga. — Donovan Ansley, 30, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree burglary, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.

According to Colquitt County Sheriff’s Investigator Ronald Jordan, the owner of Ford Aviation arrived at his business, located at 564 Georgia Highway 270 W., at around noon and saw a white male standing outside with a three-wheeled bicycle. Some items found in the basket of the bicycle were reportedly stolen from the business, including a deer camera, hose pump and aviation-grade electronic headset, Jordan said.

The man — later identified as Ansley — was taken into custody and transported to the jail, where methamphetamine was found on his person, Jordan said.

Another man later reported that a blue three-wheeled bicycle had been stolen from his residence along with fishing equipment and tools. All items were later recovered and returned to their owners, Jordan said.
