• Aaron Lee Rowe, 30, 1767 Highway 133 N., was charged Jan. 20 with probation violation.

• Shakiria Brown, 28, 523 Twenty-seventh Street S.E. Apt. 2, was charged Jan. 17 with failure to appear.

• Elijah James Christful, 47, 2858 Marco Drive, Atlanta, was charged Jan. 17 with probation violation.

• Eric Kristan Griffis, 31, was charged Jan. 17 with two counts of fourth degree forgery and theft by taking.

• Brandon Shane Lane, 33, 174 Clinton Road, was charged Jan. 20 with probation violation.

• Candelaneia Fernando Perez, 45, 392 Livingston Bridge Road, was charged Jan. 20 with bench warrant.

Theft

• On Jan. 13, a man on DH Alderman Road reported that a Down to Earth 6×12 trailer with broken driver side light and no spare tire was stolen from his property.

• John Butkus, 61, 234 Ewer Road, was charged Jan. 15 with simple battery.

• Sonya Delina Deen, 54, 603 Plantation Drive, Adel, was charged Jan. 20 with theft by shoplifting.

• Casey Ortiz, 32, 814 Guy Street, Adel, was charged Jan. 20 with theft by shoplifting.

• Allen Andrew Anthony, 25, 366 Longwood Drive in Thomasville, was charged Jan. 17 with probation violation.

• Tommy Richard Lee, 31, 806 West Boulevard, was charged Jan. 18 with no driver’s license.

• Austin Lee Justiss, 26, 6683 Cooper Road N.W., was charged Jan. 18 with driving with suspended or revoked license.

• Melissa Ann Holt, 45, 724 Sam Sells Road, was charged Jan. 18 with intent to distribute controlled substances.

• Willie Charles Godfrey, 33, 703 Second Avenue N.W., was charged Jan. 18 with misdemeanor driving while license suspended/revoked.

• Brandon Palmer, 20, 306 21st Avenue N.E., was charged Jan. 17 with felony probation violation.

Theft

• A Moultrie man reported the misdemeanor theft by taking of multiple tools worth a total of $451 from the bed of his truck by an unknown person on Jan. 18.

Property damage

• A Moultrie woman reported criminal trespass on Jan. 19 after an unknown person shattered the back windshield and slashed the rear passenger tire of her husband’s vehicle.

• A Norman Park man reported second degree criminal trespass on Jan. 19 after an unknown person damaged seven windows and a door on his house.
