MOULTRIE, Ga. — Members of the John Benning chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, are participating in a national public awareness push for the American public to wear red on Fridays to support deployed troops.
“Remember Everyone Deployed (RED)” was started in 2015 to support deployed troops and their families. Interest in the R.E.D. Friday campaign has surged in recent weeks as more American troops have deployed to harm’s way.
For more information on R.E.D. Friday, contact Project Patriots Chair Florence Harrell at whoweare610dar@yahoo.com.
