• Thomas Andrew Sexton, 56, 174 Grady Matthews Road, was charged Jan. 6 with limitations on dog’s presence off of owner’s premises.

• Dustin Paul Jones, 40, 936 Shade Murphy Road, was charged Dec. 26 with five counts of theft by deception and five counts of theft by receiving stolen property. 

• Rebecca Schmidt, 35, 956 Cook Road, was charged Jan. 9 with failure to appear.

• Britney Jaci-Marie Brown, 30, 328 McMullen Road, was charged Jan. 9 with driving while license withdrawn.

• Daniel Ray Land, 32, 2720 Sylvester Drive, was charged Jan. 9 with probation violation.
