Indictments in multiple drug cases

MOULTRIE, Ga. — A multitude of drug cases were among indictments and accusations released recently by the Colquitt County Superior Court.
An accusation is filed by the District Attorney’s office accusing a suspect of a crime. An indictment is very similar, but the county grand jury must approve it before it can take effect.
Indictments
• Patricia Leigh Cronk, possession of methamphetamine, cruelty to children in the first degree, cruelty to children in the second degree. Cronk is accused of ingesting methamphetamine while pregnant, thereby harming her then-unborn child.
• Jessica Simmons, possession of meth, possession of drug related objects.
• Michael James Ridley, also known as Stack, sale of marijuana, threatening of witness in proceeding (2 counts), influencing a witness (2 counts).
• Jarrett Leonard, AKA Jarett Leonard, possession of prohibited items by inmates, furnishing prohibited items to inmates, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of meth. Leonard, an inmate at the Colquitt County Correctional Institute, is accused of having methamphetamine to distribute to other inmates.
• Katelyn Billieann Butler, cruelty to children in the second degree, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects. Butler is accused of having meth and negligently allowing a minor child to be exposed to it, to the point that the boy tested positive for the drug.
• Eric Maurice Rowland, AKA Eric M. Rowland, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of firearm by convicted felon.
• Ashley McDaniel, tampering with evidence, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana.
• Floyd Collins III, Jamaree Sayevon Hill, Dominique Antwan Pressley and Zhikavieous La Fredrick Dison, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
In addition, Collins was indicted on charges of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Pressley was also indicted on charges of obstruction of an officer, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving.
• Courtney Latrell Johnson, illegal use of communication facility, attempted possession of a controlled substance.
• Alan Dell, possession of methamphetamine.
• Douglas Eugene Fender and Jose Manuel Vega, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects.
Accusations
• Anthony Rhodes, AKA Tony Rhodes, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, driving without a license.
• Doris Ann Davis, possession of methamphetamine.
• Noah Randall Taylor, possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane.
• Jessica Kandis Cloud, possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Harlin Bruce Miller, possession of a controlled substance, drugs not in original container, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, driving while license suspended, failure to wear seat safety belt.
• Christopher Josue Doyle, possession of methamphetamine.
• Sarah Ann Dent, possession of meth.
• Gregory Hall, possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence (less safe).
• Austin Drake Ogletree, possession of meth, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.
• Tommy Wayne Brumbley and Jamie Lynn Traylor, possession of methamphetamine.
• Alice Abner, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance.
• Stephanie Jarvis Williams, possession of methamphetamine.
• James Darrell Bryant, possession of meth.
• Karla Lynn Kennedy, possession of methamphetamine, possession of amphetamine, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
• Coy James Sweat and Colin Anthony Terrell, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects.
In addition, Terrell was indicted on charges of driving while license suspended and improper display of license plates.
• Donnie Lynn Morris and Tony Dewayne Morris, manufacture of marijuana, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug related objects.
• Perry Lane Hood and Tracey Hood, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
In addition, Perry Hood was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of an officer. Tracey Hood was also indicted on a charge of tampering with evidence.
• Daniel Cory Wilson, possession of methamphetamine, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Pascacio Diaz Gomez, possession of cocaine.
• Courtney Carter, Michael Bradley Futch and William Hunter Reeves, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects.
In addition, Reeves was indicted on an additional charge of possession of meth, and Carter was indicted on a charge of giving false information to a law enforcement officer.
• George Willis Price, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug related objects (2 counts).
