Theft
• A Moultrie juvenile reported the misdemeanor theft by taking of $500 by a known person on Dec. 4.
• A Wal-Mart loss prevention officer reported obstructing or hindering law enforcement officer and theft by shoplifting after catching a juvenile shoplifting 13 items on Nov. 28.
• A Moultrie man reported the misdemeanor theft by taking of a cell phone and heater worth together $300 by a known person on Nov. 29.
• Andy’s Package Store reported the theft by shoplifting of three bottles of Patron worth $159 by an unknown offender on Nov. 30.
Fictitious Checks
• A Quality Employment Service employee reported Dec. 3 that several fraudulent checks were passed in Ocala and Orange City in Florida by two known people. The checks were said to have been passed between Oct. 31 and Nov. 26 of this year.
• A South Georgia Banking Company employee reported printing, executing, negotiating fictitious checks on Dec. 3 by a known and an unknown person.
Criminal Trespass
• A Moultrie woman reported criminal trespass on Dec. 3 after finding damage to her front window. The damage was said to have occurred in Dec. 2 between 8 p.m. and midnight.
• Two Moultrie women reported criminal trespass after a known person kicked in their apartment door and took one of their cell phones on Nov. 29.
Battery
• A Moultrie resident reported simple battery on Nov. 30.
Property Damage
• A Florida man reported second degree criminal damage to property on Dec. 2 after an unknown person scratched his vehicle’s driver side door.
Battery
• A Moultrie juvenile reported simple battery after her boyfriend was harassed and pushed by a known person at a bike trail near 13th Avenue Southwest on Dec. 2.
Entering Automobile
• A Moultrie woman reported entering automobile or other motor vehicle on Dec. 4 after an unknown person took $130 in household goods from her on Dec. 3.
Terroristic Threats and Acts
• A Moultrie man reported terroristic threats and acts on Dec. 4 after a known person made threats against him.

• Jeremy Kim Buckhalter, 39, 1309 Overlook Drive, was charged Dec. 3 with possession of drug related object, defective equipment and marijuana LTO.
• Takyra Janae Hadley, 23, 216 Hillcrest Avenue, was charged Dec. 3 with driving while license suspended or revoked.
• Jamal Reeves, 40, 185 Egret Lane, Roberta, Ga., was charged Dec. 3 with possession of marijuana and speeding.
