‘Cram the Cruiser’ toy drive a success

MOULTRIE, Ga. — A customer drops a toy into a Moultrie Police Department patrol car in Saturday’s “Cram the Cruiser” toy drive sponsored by the police department at Walmart.

Gifts filled the car, and $1,000 in monetary donations were given, according to a post to the City of Moultrie Facebook page.

All donations are given to the Division of Family and Children Services so that children in their care can have a good Christmas.

Donations are still being accepted at the police department, 128 First St. S.W., 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
