• Nicholas Craig Anno, 21, 2153 East Central Avenue, was charged Nov. 20 with aggravated battery and three counts of cruelty to children.
• Scott Evans Johnson, 44, 7002 Old Adel Road, was charged Nov. 18 with theft by taking and possession of meth.
• Jerry Lynn King Jr., 51, 621 Fourth Avenue S.W., was charged Nov. 20 with forgery in the fourth degree and probation violation.
• Jason Henry Poole, 43, 350 Horne Street, Norman Park, was charged Nov. 20 with probation violation.
Theft
• A woman on Sumner Road reported Nov. 20 that a red Homelite leaf blower and a black air compressor were stolen from her property, each valued at $100.

• Dexter Lamar Vickers, 46, 2707 Lake Muson Street in Tallahassee, Florida, was charged Nov. 18 with D.U.I., driving without license on person and failure to stop at stop sign.
Theft
• A Moultrie man reported the felony theft by taking of a phone worth $1,000 by an unknown offender on Nov. 13.
• A Walmart employee reported the theft by shoplifting of unknown items by an unknown offender on Nov. 19.
• A Family Dollar employee reported the theft by shoplifting of multiple unknown items from the store by two unknown offenders on Nov. 20. The incident occurred Nov. 19 and the worth of said items is undetermined.
• A One Stop #4 employee reported the theft by shoplifting of $181 in consumable goods by an unknown offender on Nov. 20.
Forgery
• A Moultrie resident reported third degree forgery Nov. 20 after receiving a “fake” check for $2,950 from a known offender. The check was originally passed on Nov. 8.
• An Oxley’s employee reported first degree forgery after a known offender cashed checks with an invalid routing number at two other Oxley’s locations on Nov. 17. The original incident occurred on Nov. 11.
Fraud
• A Moultrie man reported financial transaction card fraud on Nov. 20 after a known suspect made multiple withdrawals in Hialeah, Florida, adding up to $2,563.99. The withdrawals happened on Nov. 12, 18, and 19.
Stalking
• A Moultrie man reported misdemeanor stalking by a known offender on Nov. 15.
Property damage
• A Moultrie woman reported second degree criminal damage to property on Nov. 18 by an unknown offender. The initial incident occurred on Nov. 17.
Trespass
• A Moultrie woman reported criminal trespass on Nov. 18 after unknown offenders damaged a vehicle in her yard. The initial incident occurred on Nov. 16.
Terroristic threats
• Sanderson Farms reported terroristic threats and acts committed toward a Pelham resident by a known offender.

• Bobby Gene Weldon Jr., 28, 758 Glen Willis Road, was charged Nov. 20 with failure to drive within a single lane and driving under the influence (DUI).
• Robert Eugene Preston, 43, 208 Henderson Street, Thomasville, was charged Nov. 20 with speeding and driving while license was withdrawn.
