Committee meeting

The Appointments Committee of the Moultrie City Council will met at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, in the council conference room at the Moultrie Municipal Building.

The meeting’s purpose is to review expiring terms, appointments and reappointments.

Skeet Shoot

Serenity House Skeet Shoot Fundraiser will be held Thursday, Nov. 14, at Boggy Pond Plantation.

Tickets are available for $100 each at Crystal Pharmacy or DOCO Credit Union. The ticket price includes entry into a raffle for a Benelli Montefeltro 20 gauge.

The shooter is responsible for his own shells. Registration and a barbecue dinner start at 6 p.m.

Blood drive

The American Red Cross will hold the Colquitt/Moultrie Community blood drive noon to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 408 Second St. S.E.
