- MOULTRIE, Ga. — GEAR students brought pennies to support United Way In Colquitt County. The winning teacher’s class got to “Silly String” the losing teacher! Beth Miller's class won and Site Director Charla Brinson lost! Miller picked all the kids in the school to help her "Silly String" Brinson!
