Sheriff’s Office
Arrests
• Stephen Douglas Jones, 38, 215 West Gray Avenue, Lenox, was charged Oct. 22 with deposit account fraud and failure to appear.
• Perry Scharden Wiard, 23, 359 DH Alderman Road, was charged Oct. 22 with failure to appear.
• Robert Lee Thomas, 35, 808 Seventh Avenue S.E. was charged Oct. 22 with failure to appear and possession of meth.
• Randall Ramon Harper, 29, 2508 Funston Sigsbee Road, Doerun, was charged Oct. 20 with possession of crack cocaine, driving without a license and defective equipment.
• Calvin Ray Simpson Jr., 31, 133 Denham Road, Norman Park, was charged Oct. 24 with a bad check.
• Bonnie C. Debevoise, 63, 189 Anderson Drive, was charged Oct. 18 with simple battery, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
Thefts
• Edwards Motors, Veterans Parkway South, reported Oct. 22 that the step bars had been stolen from a red 2019 Ford F-150, valued at $1,000, as well as the right tires and center caps, which were valued at $200.
• A man on Sharon Church Road reported Oct. 22 that $2,625 worth of tools had been stolen from a barn on his property.
• A man on Sam Ranch Road reported Oct. 22 that two batteries and a plastic battery box, valued at $293.16 and $170 respectively, were stolen.
• A man on Cool Springs Road, Norman Park, reported Oct. 17 that he was missing his Springfield XD4 .45-caliber pistol.
• A woman on North Veterans Parkway reported her rose gold iPhone XS Max with a black waterproof case was stolen from a drawer at her place of employment.
• A woman on Cool Springs Church Road, Norman Park, reported on Oct. 24 that ten 100-dollar bills had been stolen from the property.

Arrests
• Brodrick Jerrel Blackwell, 29, 156 Church Street, Ellenton, was charged Oct. 24 with theft of services.
• Kevin Darael Copeland, 31, 138 Halls Lane, was charged Oct. 22 with obstruction of an officer.
• Maurice Rashaud Baker, 28, 1505 Sunrise Ave., was charged Oct. 22 with probation violation.
• Ernest Antonio Bell Jr., 42, was charged Oct. 22 with resisting arrest, probation violation, duty to obey police officers and giving false information or a false name.
• Sandra Michelle Spradley, 46, 414 Eleventh Court N.W., was charged Oct. 22 with failure to appear.
• Dana Leon Martin, 42, 813 Sixth St. S.E., was charged Oct. 21 with probation violation and resisting arrest.
• Jamari Smith, 25, 620 Second St. N.W., was charged Oct. 18 with burglary first degree and giving false name, address or birthdate to law enforcement.
• Kelvin Iridith Kelsey, 33, 125 Sixth St. S.W., was charged Oct. 20 with headlight covers prohibited, attempt to elude law enforcement and open container violation.
• Tracey Stewart, 37, 421 Third Ave. N.W., was charged Oct. 20 with misdemeanor/municipal disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
• Pedro Morales, 30, 386 Highway 111 Lot Five, was charged Oct. 20 with possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects.
• Marvin Dewayne Fish, 31, 511 Jefferson St., was charged Oct. 21 with failure to maintain lane, a first offense D.U.I. and no license on person.
• Kevin Copeland, 31, was charged Oct. 22 with obstructing or hindering law enforcement officer.
• Alberto Pacheco Sebastian, 36, Circle Road, was charged Oct. 22 with D.U.I., no driver’s license and no license plate/tag.
Animal Abandonment
• A Moultrie man reported abandonment of domesticated animals on Oct. 22 after an unknown woman dropped off a dog and left without giving her information.
Drugs
• Three Moultrie men were reported with possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) on Oct. 22. The marijuana was taken into evidence.
Battery
• A Moultrie man reported simple battery on Oct. 21 by a known person. No one was arrested.
• A Moultrie woman reported battery on Oct. 22 by a known offender. Police said a warrant will be taken out on the suspect.
Fraud
• A Thomasville resident reported deposit account fraud (bad checks) by a suspect from Texas on Oct. 18. The original incident occurred on Oct. 14. No one was arrested.
Entering Auto
• A Moultrie man reported someone took a handicap parking permit from his car Oct. 18
• A Moultrie woman reported someone took $82 in currency and other items from her car Oct. 20.
• An Omega woman reported someone took $1,242 in currency and other items from her car Oct. 20.
Norman Park Police
Arrests
• Shannon Luruth Stevenson Jr., 30, 396 N. Brunswick St., Norman Park, was charged Oct. 22 with driving while license withdrawn and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Doerun Police
Arrests
• Antonio James Majors, 38, 2310 Stuart Ave., Albany, was charged Oct. 23 with probation violation.
