• Alejandro Enrique Boza George, Highway 37 East, was charged Sept. 9 with speeding, fleeing and eluding and reckless driving.

• Stephanie Leach, 35, 225 Indian Lake Drive Lot 11, Norman Park, was charged Aug. 16 with probation violation.

• Kerry Yarnell Williams, 200 Veterans Parkway N, was charged Sept. 7 with going inside a guardline with a weapon, liquor or drugs.

Thefts

• A man on Beard Mill Pond Road, Hartsfield, reported Sept. 8 a boat trailer and Tomatsu 15 HP 2006 model boat motor stolen from his property. The trailer is valued at $700 and the motor is valued at $1,000.

• Samuel Lyles III, 31, 2015 Brakewell Circuit, Meigs, was charged Sept. 7 with driving under the influence (DUI), driving without a drivers’ license, driving without headlights when required, fleeing or attempting to evade police officers and having an open container in vehicle.

Theft

• A man on Fourth Street Southeast reported Sept. 9 that a pool cover valued at $1,200 was stolen from his property.
