Family and Friends

Grant Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 318 W. Central Ave., will hold a Family and Friends Celebration at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22. The theme will be “Wanted: Laborers for the Lord.” Speaker will be Evangelist Rebecca Motley-Ashford.

All-night prayer

Seedtime and Harvest Church, 1155 Sixth St. S.E., will host an all-night prayer and worship session from 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, to 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14. The church invites the public to join them to pray for the nation, the state, the city, souls, healing, revival, churches and leadership.

Sunday School Outreach

Williams Tabernacle Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, 314 Third St. N.W., will hold a Sunday School Outreach Saturday noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.
