Gospel sing

A gospel sing will be held at 4 p.m. Aug. 25 at Greater Newton Grove Cathedral, 722 Second Ave. N.W., with its pastor, the Rev. C.L. Ponder.

Sunday School Union

The Home Mission Baptist Association will hold its Sunday School Union at 10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at Rochelle Baptist Church.

Veterans Bus

The Veterans Bus offers free transportation for veterans to the VA Medical Center in Lake City, Fla. The bus leaves Walmart at 7 a.m. every Thursday.
