MOULTRIE, Ga. — The John Benning Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Colquitt County Arts Center sponsored a tribute show in honor of Vietnam veterans Aug. 9-11.

Local performers took on the roles of stars of the Vietnam era and the performance was styled as a USO show. The United Service Organization provided a number of comforts for troops overseas, but they were best known for the shows that brought big-name entertainers to where the troops were stationed.
