MOULTRIE, Ga. — Holly Phillips, director of the Moultrie-Colquitt County Library System, accepts a gift card from Melanie Turner, media specialist at C.A. Gray Junior High and current Colquitt County Schools media specialist president.

The group recently toured the new library and were amazed at the improvements. The media specialists were excited to contribute funds to the new teen room at the Moultrie branch.
