• Daisy Hernandez, 38, 699 Sardis Church Road Lot 9, was charged Wednesday with violation of the compulsory school attendance law and obstruction of an officer.

• Jermain J. Hartsfield, 24, of Camilla, was charged Tuesday with defective equipment and driving while license withdrawn.

• Richard Frank Bromley, 59, 719 Lonnie Brookard Road, Norman Park, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive in a single lane and DUI.

• Charles Kinsey Jr., 30, 120 Sixth St. N.W., was charged Tuesday with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and probation violation.

• Stephanie Lee Cowart, 41, of Ray City, was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of an accident.

• Joseph Jerry Sweet, 61, 252 Sam Sells Road, was charged Tuesday with no insurance, failure to drive in a single lane and driving while tag suspended.

• Andrew Lee Crawford, 43, 130 Lanier Road, was charged with burglary and probation violation Wednesday.

• Michael Anderson Stone, 48, 226 Foxthicke Road, was charged Wednesday with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and theft by taking. Stone is accused of taking an American flag valued at $20 from Colquitt County Tire Shop, 2356 Highway 133 South.

• Chad Tremaine Daniels, 39, 1212 10th St. S.W., was charged Wednesday with five counts of financial transaction card fraud.

• Raiford Scott Lane, 33, 925 John Buck McCoy Road, was charged Tuesday with criminal trespass.

• Brian Anthony Harrison, 28, 225 Indian Lake Drive, was charged Wednesday with defective equipment and driving while license withdrawn.

• Tawny Alyssa Workman, 28, 161 Cherry Ave., was charged Wednesday with a drug court violation.

• Nathaniel Garcia-Diaz, 23, 338 Circle Road, was charged Monday with DUI, failure to obey and driving without a license.

Moultrie Police

• Orelus Figueroa, 29, 1008 Fourth St. S.E., was charged Tuesday with failure to display and driving without license on person.

• Cedrick Lamar Gilbert, 42, 701 Joe Louis Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving without a license.

• Donovan Jonte Powell, 18, of Moultrie, was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to stop at a stop sign following an accident Tuesday at Veterans Parkway and Fifth Avenue Southeast. Powell, who was injured in the accident, was served a subpoena rather than taken to jail.

• Marcelino Perez, 53, of Cairo, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license and seat belt violation.

Doerun Police

• Monique Hillsman, 35, of Albany, was charged Monday with driving without a license and speeding.

Georgia State Patrol

• Sandra Denise Williams, 43, 112 W. Bethel Ave., was charged Wednesday with failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while license withdrawn.

• John Wesley Selph, 47, 235 Kendallwood Drive, was charged Wednesday with DUI, giving false information to an officer, driving while license withdrawn and seat belt violation.

• Cameron Harley Kastelic, 26, 1265 Doc Darbyshire Road, three counts.

• Lalana Adele Henderson, 41, of Thomasville. She was also charged with being a bondsman off bond.

• Jesse James Partain, 36, 1085 Funston-Sigsbee Road.

• Jana Renea Yeomans, 35, 518 Indian Lake Drive.

Thefts

Sheriff’s Office

• Ryan Allegood, 900 block Wilburn Murphy Road, told deputies Tuesday that he’s been in jail since Jan. 5. When he got out on Monday, he found a 2015 Honda CRF motorcycle, a horse, a donkey and three car batteries missing from his property.

• Dennis Singleton, 700 block Sam Sells Road, told deputies that a male relative had taken the keys to his van Sunday, and on Monday his cell phone, which was in the van, went missing. The Apple iPhone 7 was valued at $1,000. He used the Find My Phone app to track the phone to the relative’s house, but he and the deputy couldn’t find it there even after he tried to call his own number.

• Maria Trujillo, 200 block Lisa Lane, told deputies Wednesday that she dropped her 2004 Mazda off with a man to work on it about May 8. It was now at Bridges Auto Salvage on Woodmen Road. She told the officer the man admitted to her that he had sold the car to the salvage lot. Trujillo and an official of the salvage lot made arrangements to get her car back, although the car was damaged and all four tires were missing and the official said he didn’t know anything about them.

• Kenneth Hurst, 400 block South Morris Road, reported Wednesday that someone took a Yeti cooler off his porch Friday. He’d delayed reporting the theft because he was asking around the neighborhood to see if anyone knew anything about it. The cooler was valued at $350.

Moultrie Police

• An official of Farrey Dentistry, 513 S. Main St., reported the theft of $1,941. The report was filed Tuesday, but the theft appeared to have taken place sometime during the month of April.

• Felix Alexander Beltran, 27, 2629-A Seventh St. S.E., was charged with theft by taking Tuesday. Beltran, an employee of O’Reilly Auto Parts, was accused of selling a pair of shocks to a friend for less than their retail cost and pocketing the friend’s payment. The shocks were valued at $158.40.

• Nathan C. Hobgood, of Norman Park, told Moultrie police Tuesday that a basketball hoop and a stand-up punching bag were missing from the yard of a residence in the 1900 block of West Boulevard. They were valued at $150.

• Enterprise Auto Sales, 916 First Ave. S.E., reported Monday the theft of a 2018 Nissan Sentra valued at $15,000.
