MOULTRIE, Ga. — Volunteers with the South Georgia chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving pose for a photo after a recent Victims Impact Panel event.

Judges often sentence DUI offenders to attend one or more VIPs where survivors of accidents or the families of drunk driving victims tell how they’ve been affected by drunk driving.
